So, who am I and why should you care?

Fair Question. My name is Jon Esposito and, as I said above, I first entered the mortgage business in 1993. In fact, I was just like many of you who jumped into this business in 2003 or 2004. The market in 1993 was in the midst of a "refi boom" and I saw a chance at "easy money." Well, for nearly a year, that was just what happened. Money flowed in without much effort on my part. Life was good. Then, almost overnight, it was gone.

All of a sudden I found myself stuck in a business that I realized I knew nothing about. And I found myself quickly going broke! Remember, these were the pre-internet days. I couldn't simply go online and find a website like this one and take advantage of an expert's knowledge and experience. I had to figure it out for myself.

THE SINGLE EVENT THAT CHANGED MY LIFE

Early in 1994, I was at a crossroads in my career. After all, I like the finer things in life -- like a roof over my head and food to eat. But all of a sudden, those seemingly simple pleasures weren't so simple to afford - unless you count night after night eating rice and beans in my crappy apartment. Then, my partner and I did something EVERYONE THOUGHT WAS NUTS! I am not going to tell you what it did here - you will have to read it on page 4 of my Free Report. But I will tell you that this single event changed the entire way I thought about doing business. And I then became dedicated to educating myself to the point, that twelve years later, I am now an expert at generating leads, converting them to closed loans and getting additional business from them later.
